Any information collected from you via this website, email, msn messenger, phone or in person will not be sold to any third party. Any information you freely provide – including but not limited to; name, phone numbers, email, online profiles, chat messages, sent images, video or audio may be stored on the receiving computer/smart phone in full form or in logs. Database is stored on media not connected to the internet. If you wish to have your details removed at any time please advise request in writing.

Your personal details and particulars may be utilised, documented or shared with any third party in the event of harassment, lack of payment, failed payment, or unsucessful bank transfer if service has already occured or cancellation fee is owed. You will be given 1 week to settle these matters satisfactorily, from the date of service or date of notification – whichever is earlier. Once this period has passed further action may be taken at anytime to recover owed amount, including but not limited to, further contact by any channel including but not limited to email, sms, phone, standard post, registered post, debt reporting through agency such as baycorp, or in person by myself or an agent acting on my behalf. These contacts may be at residential, work or any known address.

Threatening or harassing phone calls, emails or messenger behaviour, excessive and/or serial timewasting or unhonoured bookings may be reported to industry databases for the future safety of others in the industry. Phone numbers/email addresses may be partially censored.

Physical threats by phone, email, messenger, or in person are always taken seriously and will be reported to relevant authorities along with your contact details as relevant. Physically threatening, inappropriate, unwarranted or unagreed behavior including continuing behavior for which permission has been revoked may result in your information being passed to other appropriate third parties and/or authorities.

Information will only be shared with other third parties than those outlined above as required by law.
